Wiki Comment
My library is a small one that is part of a larger system. We use wikis to share information about reference materials, policies and procedures, etc. They are only viewable by the employees of the system and are updated occasionally. We recently realized, though that a wiki would be the perfect solution for keeping the information about the companies that we do business with current. When changes in address, etc., happen for the business, the wiki can be updated with the new info. Users can see when changes are made, but we also blog that there is a change. This way, the vendor only has to be dealt with once, and we can avoid making payments to old addresses. A good solution for a previously troublesome problem!
