My boss is very enthusiastic about approaching every reference question as a team. We love this approach, and while everyone approaches questions from a different direction, much discussion ensues while tackling especially challenging questions. With the same Del.icio.us account open on each computer we can tag a site, and say “check this out” or “do you think this answers it?” Coworkers can then look at it without having to type the url or repeat the other person’s search.
